Time & Location

May 03, 2025, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Lewiston, 4214 W 2000 S, Lewiston, UT 84320, USA

About the event

Grab your gloves, boots, full-length clothing, sun hat, water, and help us remove invasive Dyer's Woad on the Bear River Bottoms. This invasive plant is in full bloom, and can turn entire hillsides into a monoculture, harming local biodiversity and negatively impacting habitat. We need the help of volunteers to manage this invasive plant!

We will meet at 9 am at the property, which can be located by searching for "Bear River Bottoms, Morton Section" in Google Maps, or by navigating to 4214 W 2000 S, Lewiston, UT 84320.

Our mission is to preserve the benefits of land and water in Northern Utah and the Bear River Watershed for present and future generations. We do this by partnering with communities and landowners to permanently sustain the heritage of working lands and protect natural areas.

Let's stay connected.
